Terms & Conditions

By registering for, enrolling in, or attending any course, training program, workshop, internship, event, or service provided by Cyber Protectors, the student/participant agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Course Enrollment

• Students must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• Admission/enrollment is considered confirmed after the applicable course fees have been paid.
• Course access, training materials, software/tools, practical sessions, and other facilities may be provided according to the specific course or program.
• Course duration, schedule, curriculum, faculty, and training methodology may be changed when reasonably required.

3. Fees & Payment

• Course fees must be paid according to the payment terms communicated by Cyber Protectors.
• Students are responsible for ensuring that the correct course/program is selected before making payment.
• Applicable taxes, examination fees, certification fees, examination vouchers, or third-party charges may be separate unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Payment of fees constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Attendance

• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.
• Absence from classes does not create a right to a refund or reduction in course fees.
• Students are responsible for keeping themselves informed about class schedules and announcements.

5. Course Material & Intellectual Property

• All course materials, notes, presentations, videos, practical exercises, tools, documents, recordings, and other educational content are intended for enrolled students.
• Students may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, share, upload, or commercially use Cyber Protectors' proprietary course materials without prior written permission.
• Logos, trademarks, course content, training materials, and other intellectual property belonging to Cyber Protectors remain the property of Cyber Protectors or their respective owners.

6. Acceptable Use of Cybersecurity Training

Cybersecurity knowledge and tools provided during training must be used only for legal and authorized purposes.

Students must not use the knowledge, tools, techniques, or practical exercises learned through Cyber Protectors to:

• Gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Access another person's data without permission
• Conduct illegal attacks
• Damage or disrupt computer systems or networks
• Steal, modify, or destroy data
• Conduct unauthorized penetration testing
• Commit cybercrime or any other unlawful activity

Students are solely responsible for ensuring that their activities are authorized and lawful.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior toward trainers, staff, other students, and visitors.

Cyber Protectors may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of course access, in cases involving serious misconduct, harassment, threats, cheating, unauthorized activities, misuse of facilities, or violation of applicable laws.

Termination or suspension due to misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund of fees already paid.

8. Certificates

Certificates, completion credentials, or other recognition may be issued only when the student satisfies the applicable requirements of the relevant course/program.

Payment of course fees alone does not necessarily guarantee a certificate if attendance, assignments, examinations, assessments, or other stated requirements have not been completed.

9. Course Schedule & Changes

Cyber Protectors reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

• Class schedules
• Trainers/faculty
• Course delivery methods
• Course content
• Batch timings
• Practical sessions
• Training locations
• Online/offline delivery

Where reasonably possible, students will be informed about significant changes.

10. Third-Party Certifications & Examinations

Where a course involves third-party certification or examination bodies, their respective terms, conditions, fees, eligibility requirements, and examination policies may also apply.

Cyber Protectors is not responsible for decisions, delays, policies, or examination results controlled by independent third-party organizations.

11. Privacy

Student information may be collected and used for purposes related to:

• Course registration
• Attendance
• Communication
• Training administration
• Certification
• Student support
• Internal records
• Legal and regulatory requirements

Cyber Protectors will handle personal information in accordance with applicable laws and its applicable privacy practices.

12. Promotional & Educational Use

Where appropriate and subject to applicable permissions, Cyber Protectors may use photographs, videos, testimonials, event photographs, or other promotional material involving students for educational or promotional purposes.

Students may contact Cyber Protectors if they have a specific concern regarding such use.

13. Limitation of Liability

Cyber Protectors provides training and educational services for learning and skill-development purposes. Cyber Protectors shall not be responsible for any unlawful, unauthorized, or improper use of cybersecurity knowledge, tools, techniques, or information by a student.

Students are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and obtaining proper authorization before performing any security testing or cybersecurity activity.

14. Amendments

Cyber Protectors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version may be published on the Cyber Protectors website and will become applicable from the date specified in the updated version.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.

Student Acknowledgement

By enrolling in any course or making payment to Cyber Protectors, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the NON-REFUNDABLE FEE POLICY.

Once the course fee is paid, the student cannot claim a refund merely because they subsequently decide not to continue the course/program.
