By registering for, enrolling in, or attending any course, training program, workshop, internship, event, or service provided by Cyber Protectors, the student/participant agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Important — No Refund Policy
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT.
Once a student has paid the course or program fee to Cyber Protectors, the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If a student subsequently decides that they do not wish to continue the course/program, they cannot request or claim a refund merely because they decide not to continue.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Personal reasons
- Change in career plans
- Lack of interest in continuing the course
- Change in job or college schedule
- Relocation
- Failure to attend classes
- Inability to attend classes
- Not completing the course
- Not appearing for practical sessions
- Not using course materials or facilities
- Choosing another course or institute
- Any other voluntary decision not to continue
Transfer / Adjustment
Any transfer of enrollment to another course, batch, person, or future program, or adjustment of fees against another course, shall be at the discretion of Cyber Protectors and is not an automatic right of the student.
2. Course Enrollment
- Students must provide accurate and complete information at registration.
- Admission/enrollment is confirmed after applicable course fees have been paid.
- Course access, materials, software/tools, practical sessions, and facilities depend on the specific program.
- Course duration, schedule, curriculum, faculty, and training methodology may change when reasonably required.
3. Fees, EMI & Late-Payment Rules
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENROLLING.
- Maximum EMI facility: 3 instalments only. The EMI arrangement must be agreed with Cyber Protectors before or at enrollment.
- Students must pay every EMI by its agreed due date.
- If an EMI is more than 10 days late, a late-payment fine of ₹1,000 will apply.
- If payment remains unpaid for more than 30 days, a fine of ₹5,000 will apply. This is the stated 30-day overdue fine, not an additional daily charge.
- If fees remain unpaid after that, admission may be cancelled. Access to classes, practical sessions, or course facilities may also be suspended.
- Any applicable fine does not replace the outstanding course fee. Taxes, external examination fees, certification fees, vouchers, and third-party charges are separate unless explicitly included in writing.
4. Placement Reality & No Job Guarantee
IMPORTANT FACT: Out of 10 students, 2 have been placed. This is the placement outcome being disclosed for this course at the time these terms are published.
Students and parents must carefully consider this fact before enrolling. Placement depends on practical skills, performance, communication, interview preparation, market conditions, and available job opportunities.
Cyber Protectors does not guarantee that every student will pass, get certified, or secure a job. We do not make fake or unconditional promises about a student's future outcome.
Our commitment is to teach practical skills. We aim to help students build skills they can apply in relevant work. Results depend on the student's learning, practice, effort, and performance.
5. CEH Certification — External Examination
The CEH certification examination is not included in the training-program fee unless specifically confirmed in writing. It is an external examination administered by the relevant third-party certification provider.
- Exam vouchers, examination fees, retake fees, and third-party charges are separate unless explicitly included in writing.
- Cyber Protectors may guide students through the examination process and assist with preparation.
- This guidance is support only. Cyber Protectors does not control the external exam and cannot guarantee that a student will pass.
- The student is responsible for meeting the certification provider's eligibility requirements, booking rules, examination policies, and other applicable terms.
6. Syllabus & Curriculum Changes
The detailed syllabus will be shared with a student when they reach the relevant level or stage of the course. It may not be provided in full at initial enrollment.
The syllabus is subject to change. Cyber Protectors reserves the right to revise, update, rearrange, add, or remove topics when reasonably required to improve students' skills, respond to technological changes, update tools and techniques, or improve the learning experience.
Course content, practical exercises, tools, and learning order may change during the program. Where reasonably possible, students will be informed of significant changes.
7. Attendance
- Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.
- Absence from classes does not create a right to a refund or reduction in course fees.
- Students are responsible for keeping themselves informed about schedules and announcements.
8. Course Material & Intellectual Property
- Course materials, notes, presentations, videos, practical exercises, tools, documents, recordings, and educational content are intended for enrolled students.
- Students may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, share, upload, or commercially use proprietary course materials without prior written permission.
- Logos, trademarks, course content, training materials, and other intellectual property remain the property of Cyber Protectors or their respective owners.
9. Acceptable Use of Cybersecurity Training
Cybersecurity knowledge and tools provided during training must be used only for legal and authorized purposes.
Students must not use the knowledge, tools, techniques, or practical exercises learned through Cyber Protectors to:
- Gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Access another person's data without permission
- Conduct illegal attacks
- Damage or disrupt computer systems or networks
- Steal, modify, or destroy data
- Conduct unauthorized penetration testing
- Commit cybercrime or other unlawful activity
Students are solely responsible for ensuring that their activities are authorized and lawful.
10. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior toward trainers, staff, other students, and visitors.
Cyber Protectors may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of course access, in cases involving serious misconduct, harassment, threats, cheating, unauthorized activities, misuse of facilities, or violation of applicable laws.
Suspension or termination due to misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund of fees already paid.
11. Certificates
Certificates, completion credentials, or other recognition may be issued only when the student satisfies the applicable requirements of the relevant course/program.
Payment of course fees alone does not necessarily guarantee a certificate if attendance, assignments, examinations, assessments, or other stated requirements have not been completed.
12. Course Schedule & Changes
In addition to the syllabus and curriculum provisions above, Cyber Protectors reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:
- Class schedules
- Trainers/faculty
- Course delivery methods
- Course content
- Batch timings
- Practical sessions
- Training locations
- Online/offline delivery
Where reasonably possible, students will be informed about significant changes.
13. Third-Party Certifications & Examinations
Where a course involves third-party certification or examination bodies, their respective terms, conditions, fees, eligibility requirements, and examination policies may also apply.
Cyber Protectors is not responsible for decisions, delays, policies, or examination results controlled by independent third-party organizations.
14. Privacy & Student Placement Confidentiality
Student information may be collected and used for purposes related to:
- Course registration
- Attendance
- Communication
- Training administration
- Certification
- Student support
- Internal records
- Legal and regulatory requirements
Cyber Protectors will handle personal information in accordance with applicable laws and its applicable privacy practices.
Student Privacy & Placement Confidentiality
Cyber Protectors is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of every student, including students who have been placed in employment.
Cyber Protectors will not publicly disclose, share, or reveal an individual placed student's identity, personal information, employer details, salary, employment status, or other identifiable placement-related information without the student's prior consent.
The institute may share anonymized or aggregated placement information, such as overall placement figures, where individual students cannot reasonably be identified.
Confidentiality exception: Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law, a valid order or direction from a competent authority, or where otherwise legally permitted or required. This clause does not limit any disclosure that the institute is legally obligated to make.
15. Promotional & Educational Use
Where appropriate and subject to applicable permissions, Cyber Protectors may use photographs, videos, testimonials, event photographs, or other promotional material involving students for educational or promotional purposes.
Students may contact Cyber Protectors if they have a specific concern regarding such use.
16. Limitation of Liability
Cyber Protectors provides training and educational services for learning and skill-development purposes. Cyber Protectors shall not be responsible for any unlawful, unauthorized, or improper use of cybersecurity knowledge, tools, techniques, or information by a student.
Students are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and obtaining proper authorization before performing any security testing or cybersecurity activity.
17. Amendments
Cyber Protectors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version may be published on the Cyber Protectors website and will become applicable from the date specified in the updated version, subject to applicable law.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.

20. Student & Parent Acknowledgement
By enrolling or making payment, the student and parent/guardian (where applicable) confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable fee policy, maximum 3-EMI limit, late-payment fines, possible admission cancellation, placement disclosure, absence of a job/pass guarantee, external CEH examination terms, and changeable syllabus policy.
Students and parents/guardians acknowledge that the disclosed placement outcome is 2 placed students out of 10, that job or certification results are not guaranteed, and that the institute's commitment is to practical skill development.
Students acknowledge the student privacy and placement confidentiality policy, including the applicable legal exceptions described above.
Once the course fee is paid, a refund cannot be claimed merely because the student later decides not to continue the course/program, subject to applicable law.
